I think I could have quite a career as a trip sitter. Sometimes I think I have served that function, in a loose sense, for lots of folks.

As for living in the Ozarks that much...yeah...My ideal gig, I think is going to involve a massage practice and music work at the Lake in the summer and 3-6 months of IT consulting in some random places around the world during the winter. Of course, I haven't seen enough of the states yet to determine that as a final resting place...I still want to check out Flagstaff and Sedona and southern california and Eugene.

The first thing that jumps to mind when you mention those 4 places is that all but Eugene have water issues. But I guess Flagstaff & even Sedona aren't in the dryest parts of the state. I kinda dug Flagstaff, as I recall, on a pass-through once years ago. You got some mountain action there still.
