Though I am (embarrassingly) a fan of [pic of box of Lean Cuisine chicken w/peanut sauce], which was my lunch today, it and the apple I had for breakfast aren't cuttin' it any more here at 3:32 p.m.

My mind wanders from my work to what I might pull together quickly for supper.

Lean Cuisine graces my freezer as we speak. They have some pretty tasty stuff.

My favorite is Santa Fe-Style Beans and Rice. Wrap it in two or three tortillas and add some extra sour cream and it's not so Lean anymore.

yeah, and the box always makes it look like there's more than there is. Unless, they do like i do and put 2 together for the picture...
