Though I am (embarrassingly) a fan of , which was my lunch today, it and the apple I had for breakfast aren't cuttin' it any more here at 3:32 p.m.

My mind wanders from my work to what I might pull together quickly for supper.

Lean Cuisine graces my freezer as we speak. They have some pretty tasty stuff.

My favorite is Santa Fe-Style Beans and Rice. Wrap it in two or three tortillas and add some extra sour cream and it's not so Lean anymore.
