The top left looks like kimchi, and the bottom left looks like a pickled cucumber thing that you also sometimes get at Korean restaurants. That makes me assume the top right and bottom right are also Korean, but i'm not sure what. Bottom right is maybe rice cakes?

I'm imagining them having a tofu kind of texture. But I figure, of all the lj people out there, you're gonna be the best bet for hunches on this one.

I like the bowls-of-things aspect. A bowl of food can be so nice.

If it is rice cakes, then the tofu texture is a good guess. This is the kind of rice cake i am thinking of: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tteokbokki Those feel to me like a chewy noodle, the "cake" name is a bit misleading.

I love little bowls of stuff! Even at home when i cook for myself i make little bowls of different dishes and combine it at the table, whether into a tortilla or onto a cracker or rice or whatever. I think it just looks nice to have all the flavors spread out.
