ffloYou guys had some great suggestions for my supper-throwin'-together last night. Too bad I didn't look in on my e-mail before braving the task! I ended up thawing some old chicken-corn-bean-mole-onion-tomato-etc. burrito filling I'd forgotten I had in the freezer & rolling it up in a coupla the tortillas I also forgot I had. With steamed broccoli from the bit of that I had that was about to go, even though I have lots of cauliflower still to eat. (It's not about to go.) ("About to go" is a funny expression, isn't it. Is that something my family used and others' didn't? So hard to know sometimes.)
