We were going to see one the other day but it was sold the night before; we thought for sure we'd get in to another one, which had been on the market for some time, but then it was taken off the market the day we were going to go see it---seems the owner died, and the estate doesn't want to sell it.
Here's a fun thing, though---a local realtor's site calculating commensurate salaries in a pair of cities of your choosing (within U.S.---there's a link to the international one):

I compared Ann Arbor with every city I know in Maryland and felt better, that I'm not crazy about the cost of living here. Only a coupla the most ritsy D.C. suburbs were pricier than our little college town.
