NPR's Korva Coleman:  In their response the Republicans kept the focus on terrorism.

Republican:  We must pass the Keep Terrorists Out of America Act.

Korva:  The bill would mean terrorists would not be allowed in the U.S.

It's sort of like the "Crime Bill" from a few years back, which, as far as I could tell, was to serve the function of making crime illegal. Which I guess it is now.
