they're surprisingly lite, ackshully! i almost brought 'em into work, but (a) they are kinda weird, still---perhaps partly cuz i used some tips from this person (i know, no scientific control... ) (speaking of which, i think you might enjoy the link at the bottom of that page, to "Why engineers don't write cookbooks!"), and (b) there aren't very many of them. not enough to go around, if even half the copy eds wanted to try an unleavened cookie. cuz i made only half my half recipe, leaving the rest as cookie dough, cuz it tastes okay as cookie dough so i figured that wouldn't be so much of a waste if the baked versions were inedible.
