I saw yesterday's game with Kenny Rogers. Today, Tiger pitching is sweet, too. If they eliminate the Evil ones, I may just go ahead and have my crush on Magglio Ordonez. Providing I don't find out any upsetting stories about his personality. He's the anti-Johnny "Judas" Damon: his bouncy curls mock the sell-out. (Click on the pic to see it bigger.)




I like the Tigers' warm-up jackets very much.

Had bbq beef on buns for lunch. Reminded me of the special treat bbq beef sandwiches my mother would sometimes get from the Aggieville IGA if the guy was there selling 'em. That was our fanciest treat, I do believe, taking some of those sandwiches home.

Crush away! The outcome of that series has restored my faith in both baseball karma and Tiger pitching. Who could ask for a more glorious return to the post-season for Detroit? Here's hoping they ride their wildcard all the way to the World Series.
