I was just about to write a comment asking what that "A" was all about, but then i googled it first, and apparently there is an "A" mountain in Tuscon.

Another letter mountain i discovered recently was "K" mountain in Keremeos BC, but it's named for a natural discoloration that looks like a "K" instead of a painted "A".

There's a K Hill just outside Manhattan, Kansas, which also has a hill that says MANHATTAN in huge cement letters (the "N"s sometimes getting vandal-painted red before the football game against Nebraska), but the K hill is the one I dug as a kid.

It's said "KS" since 1930, but still is called K Hill.
