COVID bread

I did it---baked the bread I'd aimed to bake last weekend but was too zonked to deal with. I'm pretty zonked now, but was really tired after kneading it last night. Still, it came out great. Pix for ya later, maybe.

Thanks y'all for being so nice to this infectee. Another day and (I've told myself) I can let myself be optimistic.

My COVID coincided with Hanukkah this year. That meant I didn't need to keep track for the first 8 days. :)
