Date: Feb. 17th, 2019 10:20 pm (UTC)Hah, I was right. Because it was a two-week flight, it was specially designed so that they could take the damned thing all the way off during their flight. Keep in mind that the Gemini spacecraft had a really cramped cockpit, which was great for scooting around for a few hours, but pretty awful for spending days on end.
