See, I think it should be leaning backwards from the wind, as it goes extra fast. But I know the thing you mean. Like there's a cartoon tiger who used to lean in toward the wind while getting ready to run really fast (and then doing it). But the vehicular version is no doubt more what you're recalling.

That is a big part of the fun with those railcars. The angles.
