Railcars designed for a specific inclination of the track are always a little weird. Sometimes, like here, they look like they are leaning forward because they are going extra fast (a graphical trope that seems to have disappeared) or sometimes, like a little video clip you posted some months ago, they look like disorienting cubism. The only one I ever rode, the Duquesne Incline, just looked like a box riding a wedge.

That looks interesting. Any idea what year that was taken? I'm guessing anywhere from 1910-the 1920s

It's an easy one to date, as it comes from the early flourishing of postcards but before the post office allowed messages to be written on the back--- the "undivided back" era, pretty much 1901 to 1907, with a greater chance it was later in that range, on accounta the increasing popularity of postcards.

See, I think it should be leaning backwards from the wind, as it goes extra fast. But I know the thing you mean. Like there's a cartoon tiger who used to lean in toward the wind while getting ready to run really fast (and then doing it). But the vehicular version is no doubt more what you're recalling.

That is a big part of the fun with those railcars. The angles.
