That's part of the central library at UNAM. I've always loved that building. Uni libraries need few windows and many identical long, wide floors for the stacks, so they often look like big stark cubes sitting on the land. One solution is to decorate them with some elaborate motif, and this is my favorite example.

It's like there's a culture being represented. I cant make out which culture, but it sure looks like a cultural one!
