That body of water in the lower left corner is Huguenot Lagoon, and is still there (as part of Huguenot Park). The squiggly building on the coast is still there, too, as are most of the taller buildings. When I'm at what I think of as Jax Beach, I'm usually a mile or so further north, up just under where "Greetings" is. :^)
