I like the idea of a preposterously narrow high-rise in the middle of a huge lawn. It's not that real estate is at a premium, it's just that a tall building gives the guests such a lovely view of the Baltimore countryside.

That's what drew me to the card initially. It's funny that way. I gather this isolation of the subject at hand wasn't uncommon. You didn't come to this card to look at the buildings next door, it's sorta saying, and I'm not even gonna ask you to distinguish where one building stops and the Junker begins. Behold the Junker!
