He's dressed as a character he played in a play by Nathaniel that upsidedownblue directed a while back. I can't remember the character's name, though.

God, that was a fun party. Great to see the pics, esp. that first one of onstar with her eyes closed, as she looks especially cyndi-like in that shot (it's the blue eyeshadow...)
