On the one hand, it's really good to see all this talk of oligarchy/plutocrats/corporatocracy.

On the other, it's depressing as all get-out.

These are my thoughts on my extraworkicular internet browsing today.

(Now, fake-lj commenters, go ahead and express your appreciations, such as the recent "I’ve been into blogging for quite some time and this is definitely a great post.Cheers!" and "Please, can you PM me and tell me number of much more thinks about this, I am truly fan of one’s webpage…gets solved properly asap.")

(I guess they're figuring out the anonymous comments for spammy link manipulation are often not getting posted.)

Gee, my face comments were going to be "How did you get that bizzare € character that looks like a tiny matrix with the numbers 00 and 30 in it, and can you make ukulele chord grids that way somehow?"

Actually since I'm out of touch with mainstream media beyond NPR, my real comment would be to ask if this talk has made it to the really mainstream media, to the point that politicians have to give lip service to the explosive economic inequality of the last few years.

I'd say we're seeing some lip service in the main stream. :)

This is a wonderful post. Would you like to trade links, and optimize your search engine placement? I have $15 million in a shoebox under the mattress and need a kind American to help me launder it by buying shares of my Viagra company.
