I see people who exemplify this principle every day of my working life, I just had no idea there was a "club" for expressing my disdain!
(I remarked to a friend that these same people will come spend hundreds of dollars on video games and music and accessories-for-same, but cannot be bothered to purchase a $10 belt. I am mystified.)
I assumed it referred to pants-falling-down-as-a-hip-hop-fashion-statement. Which I occasionally see at the Kroger or Meijer checkout.
I've heard of municipalities trying to ban it, which seems silly. I'd rather just see special protections for people who laugh out loud at the goofy little midget legs the guys who do it seem to have.
