As I was telling Arthur this morning, Madonna fell off her horse again.

This time she says it was cuzza the paparazzi jumping out of the woods and scaring her/horse. On CNN, though, the occasion prompted crack entertainment reporter Somebody to recall that the last time we heard about Madonna falling off a horse, then-hubby Whoever's treatment of her as she recovered from her injuries was allegedly so unsympathetic that it almost certainly marked a turning point in their relationship. I.e., that may be the real crux of why they divorced.

I know about Madonna cuz I made it a point to watch this morning to see Kate Harding (of Shapely Prose) addressing the United butt-size policy baloney. Video here:

Nay, waffler is not better. I'm trying to banish the inner waffler. The outer waffler, otoh, doesn't come out often enough---if that's the one who makes actual waffles, that is.
