I knoweth the feeling. Sleeping in this past weekend helped my symptoms a lot. The rainy dreariness of the start of this week, though. Mmm, bed.

if you make a real habit, a commited schedule out of getting 4 hours of sleep a night, you no longer feel tired. It works for me.
