black is fine and plain; orange is a bit too orange and plasticky. the last one is just ugly. i've thought about the pinstripes for a while now. i'd say the green looks more retro, although i'm sure they've had the blue for a while. the green just looks more real.

i love that you can also choose the nib grade with the pelikan and they can build it for you. one could have a gorgeous pen that also wrote perfectly.
