The world in it is a world that is significant if/though/while small.

Tonight with O & E (& F & B & C & E) --- good for the spirits. Earlier today thing good for the spirits, surprisingly enough. Also finished up the P.D., finally, which ends well for the spirits.

Now I've gotta get my ass into bed.

Hope your ass had a good night's sleep. My ass is gonna be up all night tonight, I suspect. (It's Wed now.) I have to review 2 articles tonight 'cause I had to come home mid-morning to take care of a sick boy. I'm exhausted.

Young Master J Hot Blooded is ailin'?

My ass is tired again this a.m. Watched a whole disk of "House"s after getting home from Children of Men (which was pretty good---didn't blow me away, seems to me on some instinctual level to lack something in overall cinematic shape... but... ). I woulda watched only 2 or maybe 3 "House"s, but by the time you're almost to the end of the disk, what's another 45 minutes if it'll get the thing in the mail in time to return you another disc by the weekend (in this case, probably the critically acclaimed Coneheads [1993, d. Steve Barron])?

Look, I spelled disk/disc 2 ways. And I'm stetting.
