Why I picked the wrong answer

I never watched Bewitched as a kid. I remember fantasizing about how cool it would be to have a Genie like Jeannie as a kid. Now that I've seen I Dream of Jeannie as an adult, I find the show painful. But Jeannie has rockets in it, and, well, I'm sorry but, yeah, the idea of a hot young fine babe with supernatural powers devoted to my wish fulfillment still appeals to me. I can easily see that if I were to watch both today, I'd find Bewitched more watchable.

So I guess I'm not rating the content of their character so much as the degree to which I envy their leading men. To some extent, the question to me is "would you prefer a direct conduit to supernatural powers, or would you want to be married to someone with supernatural powers?" Jeannie would make my life easy, Samantha would make it more complicated.

I'm with you on most of this....Actually, I think Jeannie is my short-term fantasy, but Samantha would be more spiritually fulfilling long-term.
