At first I thought it might be from the 1950s or early 60s, but the woman on the left gives a definite 1980s vibe.

Good eye! I was definitely thinking earlier when I first saw it, and you're right!

A possible clue would be in the dimensions of the postcard, as this one has the size/proportions of the "continental" (more recent in the US) standard card. But it's hard to spot that from just one card image.
