I like this one! What's the top left say? Is it another language or did my eyes play tricks on me?

It says Odessa, and then something else in Cyrillic. Dunno what! I imagine it's something about looking out to sea, or the overall scene.

My old pal Bert coulda told me, but he's all dead & everything.
