Is there a term for the headlight- and taillight-streaks variation on long exposure pix?  I'm a fan of the phenomenon.  Ever since my father came back from Europe with a buncha storebought slides of Italy, which included several night-time road shots with such streaks.

I like them too. I guessed it fell in the category of light painting, but google suggests they're just called "light trails," which makes sense.
