You're vaccinated, so you're at very low risk for severe disease and for long covid. And you're unlikely to be infectious much past five days after symptom onset. Most likely this will just blow over. But definitely check your blood oxygenation; people are lousy at estimating how bad their own O2 sats are. Just to be sure.
