Okay, here are some pictures from my eclipse trip.

There's something beyond words (and pictures) about having the moon block out the sun of a hot sunny day in the middle of the afternoon on the side of the hill up above the big river, or (no doubt) in lots of other circumstances of the moon blocking out the sun.  It was weird and I liked it.  It was a bit animal.  It really was.

So here are some pictures from my jaunt.
