I'm all about the abs

Oh, I'm about the quads and the glutes, too.  Gonna be more about the glutes in the near future, I reckon.  Yet, despite being about those, I'm all about the abs.  (Fractions work differently in aboutitutde.)

Walking upright was an evolutionary wonder for our homo lead-ins.  I'm walking more upright more often than I have in weeks.
