Was it worse to have sat in the a/c for those hours?

Maybe I wouldn't have thought so, yesterday, coming back out into the heat of late afternoon, if the movie had been better.  I was pleased to find that Bridesmaids didn't have a whole lot of the heterogiggley marriage stuff, but it was disappointing anyhow.  The dumb jokes were dumb.  And that lead woman doesn't much bring humanity along with her schtickiness, though the script had plenty of foundation for such a sensibility.
