a downer of a Sunday

Was supposed to brunch at the Common Grill with two fine lesbians today, but ended up taking Chester to the emergency vet---long story, but he's doing better now; just have to take him to the regular vet later this week and have his glucose checked, as it was pretty high (which could be stress, but maybe not). He's eating and groggy but seemingly feeling better. It was a rough morning, though.

This after a fine day yesterday, culminating in taking in the Bellydancing Superstars at the Magic Bag. I'll write more of that experience later, I hope.
