Gee, I feel a lot more tired after these days of painting (and edging) and carrying and packing and such than I do after days of sitting at my desk in the hyper-air-conditioned copy ed.s' room. Fancy that! And they pay me for the latter.

Out all this week working on the house; probably won't be by here much either. Tomorrow is preparation of the floors, and the next day we start sanding.

By Friday I'll probably be providing moral support and humorous interjections to Holly, who'll be doing all the work.
