Oooh, haven't been here in a while. Well, that's what happens when yer TRYIN' TO BUY A HOUSE in stinking Ann Arbor. What a bizarrely expensive housing market this midwestern college town is. I swear.

Friends back in Maryland complain---rightly---about real estate prices in their suburbs, but at least you can rent something at a more-or-less reasonable rate.

I shall endeavor to post more here when I have more to post.
