Date: Jul. 29th, 2020 08:19 pm (UTC)I didn't know what portage was 'til I moved to Ann Arbor. Local civic canoe/kayak rentals can involve portage, if you're not just renting one to paddle around the one big pond area at my favorite park in the area.
I've never taken out a paddle boat there. If I ever fall in love again, maybe that'll happen.
