If I had Photoshop I'd've mocked up something silly for you in reply. Picture just 3 or 4 images, like a big ham over Montana (no reason) and a paper airplane by Hawaii and, I dunno, a giant carrot in West Virginia and a pair of fluffy earmuffs in California. :D
