I am so pleased that i can see your postcards consistently again, now that i am back out from behind the Great Firewall. That guy in between the legs of the guy - hilarious!

Is it weird to be able to look at all kinds of stuff now so easily? Not sure it makes up for the cheese in all the food, but, hey, ....

It's super-weird! Suddenly i can just casually follow links into social media, or get lost watching videos on YouTube, or going down a wiki hole. Pictures suddenly appear on LJ and places where previously they didn't appear. It's all stuff that i was able to do behind the Great Firewall with VPN, but because VPN is slow and not always reliable, i couldn't take for granted the content would be around. Every click was a lucky dip. Now it's just always there. Gotta say... online life is much better this way.
