Town of Motels! I actually stayed there in a really cheap motel once. But I've passed through on many a trip to explore archives in Our Nations Capital to research my rocket books.
I believe I've driven through there when I used to live outside of DC (going to visit my in-laws in Pennsylvania). The first time I saw it, it felt like a mini Las Vegas strip lol
