It's Anna Deavere Smith. She's a TV actor lately but started in the theater. Did Shakespeare in NY before becoming known for one-woman shows in which she acted out the verbatim testimonies of real people, like in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fires_in_the_Mirror. A regular virtuosa, she was.
