At first I thought that was just a really hard-to-read font.

I didn't notice that the book title was in English until just now.

I wondered about that book title, but finally hit on the idea that it must be riffing on "Extra! Extra! Read All About It!" Cuz it's a newspaper crossword. Ha ha ha.
