I wonder why they felt it necessary to floodlight the rooftops…? That took work, to install and wire each of those: One for each unit, directly over the picture window.
Dang, that's an interesting question. Gotta admit, it makes for a nice effect. Maybe helps you see the size and shape of the place in a rainy overcast night?
