Oh wow! I actually know Nashville, Indiana! We'd go on vacation there each year growing up!

Cool! I've never been.

Nashville is a fun little place. It previously had a little version of the Grand Old Opree, but that burned down. As a kid, it was hilly enough and snowy enough that they had a skilift, but that has long closed down (thanks climate change!)

It is still a fun area. The village of Nashville has some nice country-like restaurants and a bunch of neat stores. It used to be more of a tourist trap, but with the decline of travel, it has diminished a bit. It is near Bloomington (home of Indiana University) and the state parks there are known to be beautiful, especially in the summer and fall.

I've spent a little time in Bloomington. You make me wanna head back that way. Diminished former tourist traps appeal to me. :)

Reminds me of the Blockhouse at Muskegon State Park.

Wow, it would seem to me that you wouldn't be able to see very far in this.

Well maybe it's on top of a mountain.

Maybe...

A little small, but I still approve. :)

:) I did think of you!
