* seems like it should be Plano but that sure looks like Jessie's "h"--- what do you think?

I had no idea there was a Paw Paw Lake, but I've actually spent quality time at a hobby shop very close to it. I googled the hobby shop, and they seem to have trouble with their neighbors and they are moving. Or going out of business. Or something.
