Alas, I don't have the card to check! I think it was a Go Card advertising card, tho, fwiw. Those were free cards on racks in businesses --- see http://www.postcardy.com/articleRack.html.

Unfortunately, a google search-by-image, even with postcard steering, isn't turning up anything.
