It was on a concrete step, of all places.  As I came back into the office.

Did it fall there?
Did it crawl there?

Snails say what?  "Slow is okay"?  "Good thing I have this shell"?  Both?

I just had to look up a reference in the Fibonacci Quarterly today, the hard way, cuz it was a solution to a problem, and we don't index those. The problem involved continued fractions, and was called* "Just Continue." Fibonacci and the snail connect on all kindsa levels. :)

* I included the name of the problem in the reference, even though it technically isn't called for, cuz I liked it. Somebody else can take it out later if she wants, and has no joy nor whimsy.
