my little version of Dancing In the Streets

Last weekend a good crowd enjoyed the bellydance performance of onstar and non-lj D., along with their back-up dancers (the Pips?), downtown at Dancing in the Streets. Their area was an interactive stage setting, so the audience got to play, too. I didn't try the bellydancing moves demonstrated, but I did play along with Romanian folk dance at the end of the act before bellydancing. Here are some squirrelykat shots thereof:

Juli took bellydancer shots but hasn't e-mailed 'em to me yet. Maybe some'll turn up on onstar or bigfinedaddy or cristy74?

i'd love to see some photos of us dancing-it was a lot of fun. hopefully juli got something good?? bigfinedaddy did not take the camera that day. how bout you cristy74?
