Hey! Good question. It's after zip codes, which is in the early '60s, but the cars ---and maybe the trucks--- are the best tips here, I think. Sure looks to me like some of those Corvettes are from the '70s, at least. And the trucks--- don't they look like they might even cross into the early '80s?

I almost did it just now, but then realized I was looking at a zip code, not a phone number. And THAT provided another clue: the 9-digit zip code was introduced in 1983---so this card can't be any older than that! :)
