Reminds me a bit of The Train Barn, a store run by an old coot out of his barn on his property on a lake near Kalamazoo (Austin lake?). The downstairs was a model railroad store, but the upstairs was this huge O-scale (Lionel 3-rail style) train layout. Actually far more impressive than the one in this card. Just looked him up. The Train Barn closed in 2012, and the proprietor died in 2015. At least there are a couple of youtube videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4Tvw6eIsPA
