Do you know when that is from?

I'm gonna guess the '60s, given the size of the card, and my vague impression of the car we can see. If I could see the back, I could see if it had a zip code (in the address of the publisher), and that can help narrow it down. It's been a while since I either downloaded or scanned this one, though.

Do you know someone who was at Penn State in that era?

Could be early '70s too, easily.

That building on the lower right looks like a '60s or '70s style.

This just in--- I think it's got no zip code by publisher, and zip codes started nationally in 1963. That's not to say some publishers might not include them, but it'd be uncommon not to by 1970 or so.

Speaking of zip codes, I just got a T-shirt with Zippy the Zip Code logo guy on it.

I really should go to bed. It's a school night. Plus I should be as tired as I'd be at 2:15am, what with the time change, tho it's only 1:15 now.

I attended Penn State in the early 70's and this sure looks familiar to me. I'm guessing from somewhere around that time. Could be mid-60's, though. Those lower buildings are the South Hall dorms and they were built in the 60's. I can't recall when they added that bypass road, but think it was there by 1970, when I enrolled.
